Office Machine Marketing & Distribution That Provides opportunity for manufacturers & dealers

Niche Equipment, a part of RVB Enterprises, Inc., was founded in 1998 to assist manufacturers in the representation of business machines to the BTA channel of distribution. They provide marketing and technical support for office machine products to the business machine channel dealer. Niche provides a cost-effective vehicle for manufacturers to approach and expand the machine dealer channel. In addition, Niche offers the independent machine dealer a stable, knowledgeable and experienced representative to assist in building a stronger dealerships through on site advice and training. Niche focuses its efforts on training dealership representatives on sales, telemarketing, marketing and product knowledge. In this way they ensure each dealership is properly prepared to capitalize on all the business machine opportunities available to them. Niche will also sponsor service / technical knowledge and support, through manufacturers, for dealers. Niche Equipment personnel have sales and support experience with the following pieces of equipment: facsimile, copiers, printers, paper shredders, typewriters, binding machines, laminators, folders, folder inserters, miscellaneous paper handling and connectivity. Additionally, they have experience in the supply side of copiers, facsimile , printers and shredders.

Our Mission

Niche Equipment is a unique and independent national representative organization dedicated to the sales and marketing of office equipment and its subsequent supply stream to the Business Machines dealer channel. We intend to support the channel of distribution for select office equipment and product organizations that desire the highest caliber of support available, in the most effective manner. Our goal is to be more knowledgeable about the products we represent than the manufacturer and have more empathy for the dealer and his sales and service force situation than any one-product manufacturer.
